I have been a lover of Benefit cosmetics for many years and have always been so excited to try all of their constantly original products so when I saw that a Benefit Boutique was opening on Dublin's South William Street I squealed with joy (no exaggeration).
Benefit have always had a knack of making their customers feel special and understood and, above all else, pampered so the advent of this opening meant that not only was there another place to go to buy Benefit's exciting range of cosmetics but now we in Ireland had the *benefit* of our very own salon by the famous American brand.
The Benefit Boutique offers everything from tanning, manicures, facials to makeovers and the whole building is designed in such a way to bring a sense of calm relaxation to the customers, as you can see in these photos. The extremely pink decor really is a super infusion of girlie relaxation, where you can forget about everything for a while and get pampered the Benefit way! This being said, there are plenty of treatments for boys there too so there's a little something for everyone!
The treatments in the boutique use mostly Benefit products so you know before you go in the experience will be a bit different than other beauty salons. Although Benefit are best known for their constantly original makeup line, I have always been amazed at the quality of their skincare range too.
I was given the guided tour, and a spontaneous and much needed makeup topup, by the wonderful John Paul, and was seriously impressed by this little beauty haven right in the middle of Dublin's busy city centre. It seems like the perfect place to pop into before any big occasions to get all your beauty and hair done at once, or simply for a little pampering for no reason at all.
The boutique is like a one stop beauty shop and the range of services include Facial Waxing and Tinting, Blowouts by Benefit, Perfectly Polished, Lashes & Make Up, Tanning and Body Waxing. Blowouts by Benefit consists of a full service shampoo and blowout from €30. Benefit's Perfectly Polished offers Vinylux Mani (€20); Dashing Diva (€20); Vinylux Signature Mani (€25) and CND Shellac Mani (€30).
The boutique's Facial Waxing and Tinting services include everything from lash tints to Benefit's renowned brow shaping - one of the highlights of the boutique. Prices here range from €14 - €35.
Spray Tanning at Benefit costs between €10 and €30, Body Waxing from €15 to €40 and strip lash application is €14. Benefit also offer a range of makeup lessons and party packages, as well as packages for any occasion including Tonight's the Night (€42), Smooth Operator (€83), Speed Date (€34) and the whole shebang The Show Stopper for €128, if you really want to impress!
The staff of Benefit Boutique are wonderfully friendly and really know how to make a person feel at ease so a trip to the boutique really is such a treat and with the summer now in full swing it seems like the perfect location to get all dolled up and Benefied for weddings, parties and graduation balls.
