After last year's gorgeous Christmas release by L'Occitane, the Arlésienne collection inspired by the Arlés region in France - which reminds me of Christmas every time I spray it - the innovative founder of L'Occitane Olivier Baussan has come up with the delicious goods again this year by collaborating with French pastry chef Pierre Hermé to create a mouth-watering set of perfumes just launched for Christmas based on the chef's world renowned pastries.
Perfume €56. Hand Cream €10.50, Soap €4.50, Body Lotion €24.50, Lip Balm €10, Shower Gel €17.50, Collection €68 |
The yellow collection is based around the gorgeous Jasmin-Immortelle-Neroli fragrance which smells very distinctly of Jasmin with beautiful undertones of L'Occitane's renowned Immortelle flower which is used in many of their most luxurious skincare products; comforting Neroli which is contained in one of my other favourite L'Occitane fragrances Neroli and Orchide;with a lovely, fresh peppery tint underneath. The scent is luxurious, fresh and feminine and good enough to eat! The perfume as a whole contains floral notes of Jasmine, Neroli, Orange Blossom and the beautiful hint of the Corsican Immortelle Flower which the brand has become known for.

Like the Jasmin-Immortelle-Neroli perfume, the collection comes in a beautiful box that matches the perfume box, which is honestly my all time favourite packaging for a fragrance, with the main products from the line making it the perfect gift for Christmas. Between the unique, almost hat box style, packaging of the perfume and the gorgeous design of the line as a whole, both will make the lucky person you gift any of the products from the range to very happy on Christmas morning or act as the perfect pamper gift for yourself.
