Kiehl's New Uplifting Serum: Precision Lifting & Pore-Tightening Concentrate

A new serum from New York brand Kiehl's is always great news for skincare lovers and this Precision Lifting & Pore-Tightening Concentrate is certainly no exception.

Kiehl's rather wordily titled Precision Lifting & Pore-Tightening Concentrate is the latest in a long line of super serums from the New York brand that are renowned for creating products that do exactly what it says on the tin and this is no exception. In fact, the effectiveness of their wonder serums not only made me fall in love with the brand immediately but also made me see how great certain brands and skincare products can be which was what inspired me to set up the beauty section of this blog and become a beauty writer. Every time I try a new - or new to me - product from Kiehl's I want to shout about it from the rooftops! Well certainly write a review of the product at least.

With Kiehl's Precision Lifting & Pore-Tightening Concentrate you are given a pretty good description of what the product does from the title alone. It claims to be clinically tested to visibly lift the skin and help redefine the appearance of facial contours while noticeably tightening the appearance of large pores. As part of Kiehl's Dermatologist Solutions range this product comes with a lot of research and clinical testing and every product I have tried from this range has been of the highest quality and very skin-friendly and effective.

The main focus of research for this product was to combat sagging skin and enlarged pores and the prime ingredients are micro-filtered yeast extract which has anti-oxidant and cell renewal properties with the ability to improve skin smoothness and texture cosmetically; and geranium oil which has been shown to stimulate bio-markers associated with anti-aging and anti-oxidant benefits and to protect against the degradation of collagen and elastin.

What I noticed almost immediately using the serum was how smooth my skin appeared and felt almost immediately and how clear and firm it looked too. Applying the serum is such a comfort for your skin in itself because of the consistency of the product and it immediately reminded me of a mixture of two of my favourite Kiehl's product: Midnight Recovery Concentrate which I reviewed here and Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturising Serum Concentrate which I featured here. Those are two of Kiehl's most comforting to use products in my opinion so that is a big compliment if you like a bit of daily pampering.

I don't as yet suffer from skin sagging thankfully but I could even see how smooth and clear this product made my skin look and feel since I started trialling a couple of months ago. The Precision Lifting & Pore-Tightening Concentrate was clinically tested for five features in particular including skin firmness which showed noticeable difference in those tested over eight weeks; visible pore size over two to eight weeks; facial contours that showed better definition after four weeks; skin lifting which showed improvement after two weeks; and healthier looking skin condition which was perceived immediately which a gradual improvement over eight weeks.

Kiehl's is a brand I constantly vouch for because it has really done wonders with my skin in the couple of years I have been using it and continues to do so. It's my go to brand for any skin complaint because of the quality of their products and the research involved in creating them. And this is product is yet another gem by the brand.
